Which countries do you export to?
We export globally to markets including the USA, EU, UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more. We handle all export documentation including COA, COO, Phytosanitary, and Health Certificates.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products come with Certificate of Analysis (COA) included with each shipment. We can also provide Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate, and Health Certificate as per destination country requirements.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we offer complete private labeling services. We can customize packaging with your brand name, logo, and design. Minimum quantities apply for private label orders.
What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging includes 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg options in food-grade HDPE/LDPE liners inside multiwall kraft paper bags or HDPE drums. Custom packaging is available on request.
How do you ensure product quality?
We maintain strict quality control throughout the production process including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing. Each batch is tested for moisture, mesh size, color, aroma, and microbiological parameters.
Can you customize product specifications?
Yes, we can customize specifications including mesh size, moisture content, and blends as per your requirements. Contact us with your specific needs and we’ll work to meet them.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically work with Letter of Credit (L/C) or advance payment (T/T) for new clients. Established customers may qualify for different terms. All terms are discussed during the quotation process.
How do I get a quotation?
Simply fill out our inquiry form or contact us via email or WhatsApp. Please include product name, required quantity, destination country, and any specific requirements. We respond within 24-48 business hours.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our dehydrated powders have a shelf life of 12-24 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Specific shelf life varies by product and is mentioned on each product label.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample charges and shipping costs may apply depending on the quantity and destination. Contact us to request samples.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB and CIF shipping terms depending on your preference and destination. Our logistics team handles all export documentation and coordinates with shipping lines for timely delivery.
